1. All postings not relating to product information or discussion will be forwarded to appropriate department accordingly and will be removed from our forum.
2. No posting of any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation. This includes any kind of references to other gadgets and/or electronics vendors, and price comparison web sites, appearing anywhere in the posts (including but not limited to subjects, contents, editorial comments and usernames).
3. No pornography, obscenities, and defamatory postings are allowed anywhere on ManiaCool forum. Postings of this kind will be removed immediately, and a violation will be issued to the person responsible for the posting (several violations will result in blocking of your access to the forum).
4. All users' IP will be recorded but real e-mail address is not required when posting on the forum.
5. No usernames that contain obscene words, derogatory or racist remarks, or references to sexual acts or sexual anatomy are allowed on ManiaCool.com. Postings containing any usernames with obscene words, derogatory or racist remarks will be removed immediately.
6. In the Forums, please keep all your postings relevant to the product information or discussion. Postings that are irrelevant, or that are designed to disclose personal contact information, promote personal pages, voting polls, or third parties may be removed. If you see postings that contain foul language or that are intended to harass other people, please contact us immediately.
7. Intentional disruption of the flow of content or discussion by repeatedly posting the same message is not permitted. Members who cause disruption of this kind will be issued a violation that can result in blocking of access to the forum.
8. Harassment of another person via emails or postings is not permitted. Harassment means: saying bad things about them; sending them unwanted messages; attacking their race, heritage, etc. Unsolicited "Spam" messages are also not permitted unless expressly authorized by the recipient. If you feel that another person is harassing you, please contact us.
